1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Defacto complainant's husband was abducted by the petitioner and others and thereafter murdered.

3. In view of the gravity of offence and prima facie materials collected against the petitioner, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to him.
