The Secretary and the Organizing Committee of the Hazrat Dewan Zafar (R) Girls High School, VillageKeshiary Bhuniabar, DistrictPurba Medinipur are the petitioners in the present writ petition.

The petitioners are praying recognition of the said school as a new set-up Government aided school.

The petitioners are claiming that the District level Inspection Team has already inspected the infrustructure and other requirements necessary for according such recognition to the said school, only the decision in this regard is pending before the Commissioner of School Education, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no. 2 herein.

It appears from the record that a representation of the petitioner no.1 praying such recognition is pending before the respondent no. 2, the said representation is appearing at page 54 of the writ petition.

The said respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation of the petitioner no. 1 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

W.P.A. 28747 of 2023 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
