APP Mr. Manoranjan Mahata ....for the State Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not specifically named in the FIR. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that the petitioner is very much an accused in this case and there are incriminating materials available in the case diary against him. He submits that there is a bar for applying for anticipatory bail as per Section 21A of the West Bengal Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishments Act, 2013.

In view of the above referred bar, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not maintainable.
