Mr. Saha, learned Advocate for the District Primary School Council, Paschim Medinipur submits that the direction of this Court dated December 16, 2024 has been complied with.

The school playground has been restored to its original position, he files a compliance report along with two photographs, let it be kept with the record. In view of such development, no further order need be passed in the writ petition.

WPA 29883 of 2024 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
