The petitioner claims to be co-sharer of a water body being dag no.1701 in the village Hanral, Dadpur, measuring 20 bighas 10 cottahs. The petitioner alleges that the private respondent no.5 is pumping out water from the said pond on and from November, 2025 without any approval from any authority. On a query of the Court, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that no complaint has been made to any of the authority with regard to such facts. He prays

liberty to submit representations before the concerned authorities.

The private respondent is represented by his learned advocate. He denies the allegations made by the petitioner.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocates for the respective parties, WPA no. 29625 of 2025 stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to make a detailed representation before the concerned authorities with regard to the relief that the petitioner is seeking. If such representation is made, the concerned authority shall consider and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
