It is submitted on behalf of the State that the petitioner more or less complied the conditions imposed by this Court while granting bail vide order date 5th February, 2025. Having heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the State, the order dated 5th February, 2025 is modified to the extent that the petitioner henceforth shall report I.C./O.C. of the Dhubulia Police Station, Nadia once in a month in place of once in a week until further order. The other condition that the petitioner, while on bail, shall remain within the territorial jurisdiction of Kotwali Police Station, Krishnagar, shall be waived. The order dated 05.02.2025 is modified to that extent only. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
