This is the third instance when the matter has been called. The petitioner like earlier instances, is unrepresented. 2.

Mr. Chatterjee, learned Advocate representing the State produces two letters of 07.01.2025 and 04.11.2025, which are taken on record.

It appears from the letters that the tender which has been challenged in the instant writ-petition, has been given effect pursuant to the work order issued by the respondents. The tender has been completed, payments have been made and the matter is closed.

As such, the writ-petition has become infructuous and accordingly, WPA 30067 of 2024 is dismissed.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. 6.

Urgent Photostat Certified Copy of this order be given to the parties, if applied for.
