Petitioners contend they are Indian national. They pray for bail.

Learned Advocate for State opposes the bail prayer. He submits petitioners were apprehended at the Airport with forged documents.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioners were apprehended with forged documents i.e. Indian Passport and Aadhaar Cards.

In view of the nature of crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. 5.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
