Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner claims to be the daughter of the Sebait of the property in question and alleges that the private respondents are trying to sell out the property illegally. Complaint lodged by the petitioner in this regard has not been acted upon.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, this Court is inclined to hold that in the event the complaint lodged by the petitioner has not been acted upon by the police authority, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate for redressal of her grievance. Further liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for dealing with her allegation with regard to illegal sale of the property. However, the police authority is directed to keep strict vigil over the area in order to ensure maintenance of peace and tranquility.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
