Learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report which reflects that Jadavpur Police Station Case No. 231 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024 has been registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of law.

In view of the steps being taken by the investigating authorities of the concerned police station, the initial purpose for which the petitioners approached this Court, has been subserved.

Accordingly, police authorities would continue with the investigation and take the same to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 30079 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioners.
