The State has filed a report in the form of affidavit, which is taken on record.

It appears that the petitioner has secured 41.58 marks as opposed to the four candidate in the general category, Murshida Khatun Bibi who secured 65.175 marks.

The other selected candidate MST Ambia Khatun (Bibi) in the OBC category secured 51.95 marks which is also more than the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

The instant writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
