In the judgment dated January 19, 2026, in the last sentence of paragraph no. 4, the referred deed of exchange was erroneously mentioned to be dated August, 1970. The correct date would be "April 30, 1971".

In the sixth paragraph, fifth line of the said judgment, instead of the expression "executed", it should be read as "registered".

Let such corrections be deemed to stand incorporated in the judgment dated January 19, 2026.
