In terms of the order passed by this Court dated February 3, 2026, the Finance Secretary, Government of West Bengal present in-person.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the amount has been transferred in the account of the petitioner and the petitioner has accepted the same. 3.

Accordingly, this Court finds that the grievance of the petitioner has been fulfilled and nothing remains in the present writ application.

WPA 29694 of 2025 is disposed of.
