1. Claim for parity with the co-accused who was enlarged on bail by the Coordinate Bench on February 18, 2025 passed in CRM (NDPS) 49 of 2025 cannot be disputed.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that, the Court is presently vacant.

3. In such circumstances, on the ground of parity, we grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, we direct that the petitioner, namely, Gobinda Shaoo @ Chagu, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), with two sureties of Rs.12,500/- each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the

Learned Judge, Special Court under the NDPS Act at Howrah, subject to conditions that the petitioner shall appear before the learned trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate witnesses and/or tamper with evidence and/or commit any cognizable offence in any manner whatsoever and on further conditions that the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Howrah Police Station and shall report to the Inspector-in-Charge of the Howrah Police Station twice a week until further orders.

In the event, the petitioner fails to comply with the conditions as enshrined hereinbefore, it is open to the trial court to cancel the bail without further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.

CRM (NDPS) 1985 of 2024 is disposed of.
