1. Mr. Sanyal, learned advocate appearing in support of the aforesaid application would submit that there are formal defects in the application. He seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid revisional application with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.

2. Having regard to the above, the revisional application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.

3. As prayed for, liberty is granted to the petitioners to take back the certified copy of the impugned order upon filing of a photostat copy of the same. (Raja Basu Chowdhury, J.)
