In the cause title of the said order, the word 'Chadra' be deleted and be replaced by the word 'Chandra'.

Let the said error be corrected to the extent as indicated above; other portion(s) of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to carry out the correction in the said order dated May 16, 2024 accordingly; similar correction be also carried out in the certified copies of the said order, if already supplied to the parties, upon production of the same.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
