Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors hands over copies of certain communications indicating that the order of this Court has been complied with in full by releasing all the amounts due to the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners agrees to such submission.

In the light of such compliance, although belated, this Court is of the opinion that no useful purpose will be served in keeping the contempt proceedings pending.

Accordingly, WPCRC No. 34 of 2024 is discharged as infructuous.

Consequentially, the connected contempt application, bearing CPAN 1733 of 2023, also stands disposed of.

6.

There will be no order as to costs.
