This matter was mentioned citing urgency. But none appears on behalf of the petitioner at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This is an application praying for a direction upon the learned District Judge, Burdwan at Purba Burdwan to dispose of Title Appeal No.66 of 2019 expeditiously.

From the order-sheets appended to this application this Court finds that 27th of September, was fixed for service returns and acknowledgment due. It is not clear as to whether the appeal is otherwise ready for hearing.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing at this stage. With the above observation, C.O. 4328 of 2024 stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
