The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the learned Trial Court has framed charges against him and has commenced trial of the case without service of copies of all the documents upon him.

It appears from an application made by the petitioner before the learned Trial Court on June 13, 2024 that the petitioner has admittedly received all the copies including copies of statements under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the same are lying in his house.

Since the petitioner has admitted to have received copies of all the documents before the learned Trial Court, the revisional application seeking review of the order passed by the learned Trial Court on November 14, 2024 framing charge against the petitioner is devoid of any merit and is liable to be dismissed. The revisional application being CRR No. 5334 of 2024 is dismissed.
