We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioners are the landlords of the property. Co-accused viz. Siddhartha Banerjee entered into a development agreement and constructed a multi-storied apartment. It is alleged Siddhartha Banerjee in collusion with Shilpi Mondal took loan against one of the flats but the said loan amount has not been liquidated.

Keeping in mind the nature of allegation and extent of complicity of the petitioners/landlords of the premises in the transaction in question we are of the opinion custodial interrogation for progress of investigation may Signed By :

not be necessary but petitioners require to co-operate with investigation.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and on condition that they shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date and on further condition that petitioner no. 1, Pradeep Kumar Sarkar @ Pradip Kumar Sarkar shall meet the investigating officer once in a week until further orders.
