However, the same did not yield any result, as such, he has approached this Court.

Further, the petitioner complains that he is unable to cultivate his own land because of the excesses inflicted by the private respondents.

Mr.

Yusuf, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf

of the State, submits a report prepared by the Officer-in-charge of Hingalganj police station, which reflects that on the basis of the complaint made on 3rd December, 2024, Hingalganj P.S. Case No. 236 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024 has already been registered for investigation and the process of investigation is in progress.

The private respondents have been named as accused in the said case which has been registered.

In view of the petitioner and the private respondents being at loggerheads and strained relationship is existing between them, I direct the police authorities to keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of the subjectmatter of dispute referred to in the writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 30005 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Let a copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
