And In Re : Priyabrata Roy ...... petitioner Mr. Dhrubojyoti Ghosh Mr. Radha Raman Karmakar ....for the petitioner Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty ....for the State Mr. Sandip Kundu ..for the defacto-complainant The petitioner before us apparently sold immovable properties 16 times over to different purchasers. State and the defacto complainant are represented. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 5699 of 2023 is dismissed.
