Mr. Gourav Das Mr. Hemanta Kumar Das ..for the State Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that though the B. Ed. College namely, Simanta Manbhum Teachers Training College admitted 48 students through online mode for the Academic Session 2023-2025, their names could not be uploaded on the web portal of the university due to some technical problems. As a result, despite the admission, the university could not register their names. The university does not dispute these factual aspects. In fact, the university has taken a fair stand that it will send a link to the college to upload the names of the admitted students to grant them registration.

In view of such stand, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

The university shall grant necessary link to the college within a period of seven days.

The university has furnished a list containing the names of the relevant students, the same may be kept with the records.

Accordingly, WPA 28795 of 2023 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
