1. Learned advocate representing the West Bengal Public Service Commission has submitted before this Court that the petitioner has been directed to appear for interview after being found eligible because of awarding four extra marks for the wrong questions which the petitioner attempted.

2. The interview is scheduled on 11th September, 2025.

3. It will be open for the petitioner to participate in the interview process and if the petitioner is successful in the same, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the competent authority to recommend the name of the petitioner for appointment.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Photocopy of the interview letter sent through e-mail to the petitioner is taken on record.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
