1. As already recorded in this Court's order dated 18th February, 2026, an order passed by the ADM and DL & LRO, Paschim Bardhaman dated 20.08.2025 has been placed before this Court.

2. The appeal itself, therefore, may have become infructuous.

3. Let copies of the enquiry report dated 29th August, 2025, joint inspection report dated 27th August, 2025 and the report of the BL & LRO, Kulti dated 10th October, 2025 be made available by the office of the ADM and DL & LRO, Paschim Bardhaman to the appellant.

4. For the aforesaid purpose, the appellant shall be entitled to communicate a copy of this order and pray for the copy of the aforesaid orders.

5. The restoration of the water body by the State authority shall stand deferred for a period of 2 weeks from date.

6. With the aforesaid observations, MAT 2294 of 2025 shall stand disposed of.

7. Consequently, CAN 1 of 2025 shall also stand disposed of.

8. There shall be no order as to costs.

9. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
