Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

Petitioner is unable to arrange for local surety.

Accordingly, he is languishing in custody.

Under such circumstance, we modify the conditions of bail and direct that the petitioner shall be released on upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two registered sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Special Court, POCSO, Baruipur, South 24-Paraganas.

Other conditions of bail imposed on the petitioner shall, however, continue.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
