It appears from the submissions made on behalf of the parties before this Court today that the Additional Regional Transport Officer, Salt Lake is required to be added as a party respondent, in this case. Hence, let the Additional Regional Transport Officer, Salt Lake be added as party respondent in this case.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner for amending the cause title accordingly by adding the Additional Regional Transport Officer, Salt Lake, as a party in this case.

The present writ petition deals with the grievance of the petitioner regarding inaction on the

part of the respondent authority in registering the vehicle in the name of the petitioner, which was earlier owned by the son of the writ petitioner, now deceased. Let the writ petitioner file a representation to that effect, before the Additional Regional Transport Officer, Salt Lake, along with all requisite documents, for consideration of the said authority and taking necessary action, within three weeks from the date of receipt of such representation, filed by the petitioner. With the directions as above, the present writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavit has been called for, allegations made in the writ petition, shall be deemed to have not admitted by the respondents.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the parties, on compliance of all necessary formalities.
