This is an application for recalling of the order dated 5th April, 2017 passed in WPA 29937 of 2016, whereby the writ application was dismissed for default.

Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considered the materials on record. I find that the applicant/petitioner has been able to show sufficient cause for non-appearance in Court on 5th April, 2017, when the writ application was dismissed for default. In view thereof, let the order dated 5th April, 2017 be recalled and the writ application is restored to its original file and number.

The application, being CAN I of 2017 (Old No. CAN 4257 of 2017 is disposed of.
