1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioners are the organizers of a Puja. Using his influence, the informant was creating trouble and even came and assaulted the associates of the petitioners. There are case and counter case.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. She relies on the injury report, which shows fracture injury on end of radius as also the statements of the victim and the local witnesses.

3. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
