Mr. Subimal Ghorai ..for the petitioner This is a contempt application alleging willful and deliberate violation of the order dated August 16, 2017 passed in WP 16133 (W) of 2017. By the said order the respondent nos. 1 and 2 and the added respondent nos. 8 and 9 were directed to co-ordinate with each other for the purpose of releasing the particulars sum of money in favour of the petitioner, if any, who are entitled to get it as per law within the time limit indicated in the said order. It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the contemnors impleaded in the contempt application are no more holding the said posts. He prays for leave to add the present incumbents as the alleged contemnors.

Considering the facts that this contempt application is pending from the year 2017 no useful purpose will be served in granting liberty to the petitioner to amend the contempt application.

In view thereof, CPAN 1564 of 2017 stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to communicate the order dated 16th August, 2017 passed in WP 16133 (W) of

2017 to the appropriate respondents and to take steps thereafter in accordance with law.
