Learned counsel for the State submits that if a representation is pending consideration, the same would be decided in accordance with law.

Let the concerned D.I. of Schools (SE), Birbhum consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.11.2024 in accordance with law and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
