Petitioner complains that on 10.12.2024 an information was furnished to the Inspector of Charge, Bardhaman Police Station along with the same information being furnished to different authorities. Learned advocate for the respondent no. 8 submits that since vehicle was repossessed which was taken on loan pursuant to a hire-purchase agreement being entered into between one of the relations of the petitioner, the respondent no. 8

and/or its agents have repossessed the same as a clause is present in the said agreement.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the vehicle at the relevant point of time was loaded with sand and he has documents to substantiate regarding the sand with which the vehicle was loaded. In view of the aforesaid, the contentions and the report so submitted by the State, I am of the opinion that at least petitioner is entitled to have his representation and/or information furnished dated 10.12.2024 considered by the Inspector in Charge, Burdwan Police Station who would consider the same in accordance with law and inform the outcome of his findings to the petitioner, preferably within 15 days. If the petitioner is dissatisfied with the findings of the Inspector in Charge, he would be entitled to move the jurisdictional Court praying for appropriate remedies under the law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 30048 of 2024 is disposed of.
