1. There are two other criminal antecedents so far as the petitioner is concerned. One of which involves the Arms Act.

2. In the present police case, large quantity of arms were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Forensic evidence suggests that the arms and ammunitions are live.

3. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

5. CRM (DB) 4349 of 2024 is dismissed.
