The writ petition was disposed of by the order dated May 16, 2024, due to typographical error in the appearance portion of the said order, the names of 'Mr. Biswajit De, Ms. Rajlakshmi Ghatak and Mr. Subhajit De' has wrongly gone down as the learned advocates for the 'State' instead of 'Respondent Nos.4 and 5'

Let the word 'State' in the appearance portion of the said order be deleted and be replaced with 'Respondent Nos.4 and 5'. Other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to carry out the correction in the order dated May 16, 2024 to the extent as indicated above, similar correction be also carried out in the certified copies of the said order, if already supplied to the parties, upon production of the same.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
