Mr. Akash Sarkar, learned advocate, junior to Mr. Mrityunjoy Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that this writ petition suffers from some formal defects. The petitioners do not want to proceed with this application.

Accordingly, WPA 28823 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed.
