disposed of by requesting the Presiding Member of the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Kolkata Unit-III, Alipore to make an endeavour to dispose of the Complaint Case No.CC/177/2020 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. There will be no order as to costs.
