1. Petitioner stands implicated in murder.

2. Petitioner was last seen with the victim. Dead body of the victim was recovered from the property belonging to the petitioner. Certain materials were also recovered on the leading statement made by the petitioner.

3. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner as transpiring from the materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

5. CRM (DB) 4337 of 2024 is dismissed.
