None appear on behalf of either party on call. The matter is pending in list since long time and is found to have preferred in the year 2015. Therefore, it appears that no one is interested to move the matter. The same is taken up for disposal in absence of parties.

This revision is preferred with the prayer to quash the proceedings in Kanksa P.S Case No.156 of 2013 dated 5.6.2013 Corresponding to G.R Case No.1131 of 2013 under Section 420/467/468/120B of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Durgapur, District Burdwan.

After perusal of the record it appears that the petitioner has put forth the ground that the instant criminal case has been preferred against him on fabricated ground and only maliciously. Thus, arose their challenge to the entire proceedings as mentioned above. Upon perusal of the record the facts narrated therein grounds set out and the annexed document, I am of the considered opinion that the grounds pleaded are not sufficient to warrant an order, as prayed for, in this case. Hence, the revision case appears to be meritless and is liable to be dismissed. Thus, CRR 4102 of 2015 is dismissed.
