This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.9872 of 2014 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Hooghly.

Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed, direction for prior service of notice on the opposite party is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date.

Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the materialon-record, the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Hooghly is requested to dispose of Title Suit No.9872 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the next date fixed without

granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

CO 4564 of 2025 stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
