This intra-Court appeal is directed against a common order passed in a batch of contempt applications. Identical appeals came up before this Court on earlier occasions and all of them have been dismissed. We find no ground to take a different stand in this appeal. Therefore, the appeal and the connected application stand dismissed.

The order and direction issued by the learned Single Bench in the order dated 13.12.2024 shall be complied with and the learned Registrar General of this Court shall comply with the request of the Certificate Officer for transmission of the fund as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twenty days from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order.

With the above observation, this appeal and the connected application are dismissed.
