1. Petitioner is a BSF personnel and is deployed on election duty.

2. Police are yet to submit the charge sheet.

3. In view of such fact, we relax the condition in the order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner from once a month till the conclusion of the investigation to as and when called for by the Investigating Officer till the conclusion of the investigation.

4. All other conditions in the ordering granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner remains same.

5. IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2024 in C.R.M. (A) 5707 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly.
