We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had absconded for eight years. There are ample materials implicating him in the murder. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
