1. It has been brought to the notice of the Court by the learned counsel representing the contemnor that the allegation of unauthorised construction made by the petitioner was duly considered and on detection of unauthorised construction order has been passed on 13th June, 2023 for self-demolition of the same.

2. Fact remains that despite detection of unauthorised construction and despite expiry of time period for effecting the self-demolition, the unauthorised construction has not been demolished till date.

3. It is high time that the Corporation takes step to implement the order of demolition at the earliest.

4. The contempt application stands disposed of.

5. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
