The report filed by the Investigating Agency shows that the father of the deceased could recognize his son. We directed the police to make a thorough investigation of the matter and disclose the post-mortem report. All documents were shared with the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

2. The Additional Superintendent of Police, Government Railway Police, Kharagpur has filed a report today wherefrom it appears that they have filed a final report before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, DistrictBankura.

3. In view of the aforesaid, this habeas corpus petition stands disposed of.

4. However, it would be open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
