1. Age of the victim involved is about 14 years.

2. Claim for marriage is belied not only on age but also on the basis of the document which is stated to be false by the person from whom it is alleged to be issued.

3. Considering such materials on record and the conduct of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

5. CRM(DB) 4428 of 2024 is dismissed.
