Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya, learned Additional Government Pleader has placed before this Court a copy of the revised Pension Payment Order dated 19th April, 2024 in terms of the order of the coordinate Bench dated 10th May, 2023. The copy of the revised Pension Payment Order is kept with the record. Copy of the said Pension Payment Order is also made over to the learned advocate representing the applicant. It appears that the order of the coordinate Bench dated 10th May, 2023 stands complied with.

Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.
