Report in form of an affidavit filed on behalf of the 01.05.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.17 Rakib respondent no.4, Inspector-in-Charge, Khardah Police Station be taken on record.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submit that the prayers advanced in the writ petition and the grievance presently has been resolved pursuant to the steps taken on behalf of the State Administration. However, a prayer has been advanced before this Court so that the case which has been registered may be taken to its logical conclusion. To that effect State would take efficient steps so that Khardah P.S. Case No. 44/25 dated 22.01.2025 is taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 30074 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
