1. The present writ-petition had been filed to facilitate the election process of the petitioner, a registered cooperative society.

2. In terms of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court on 28.10.2025, the election process is underway as of today. The same has already been brought to the notice of this Court by Mr. Nayak. Let such notice of 05.11.2025 be kept with the record.

3. The petitioner also admits that the writ-petition has served its purpose.

4. The Inspector-in-Charge of Joynagar Police Station is personally present and files a report by way of affidavit, which is taken on record. He undertakes to ensure that the election process is held smoothly without any disruption.

5. The personal presence of the said Inspector-in-Charge is hereby dispensed with.

6. The writ-petition being WPA 30027 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.
