Mr. Tanmay Basu, Mr. Sayan Banerjee ...for the Petitioner This Court is not inclined to entertain this writ 16-02-2026 AKG Ct. 15 petition. The petitioner alleges that respondent nos. 6 to 10 have raised an unauthorised construction without any permission from the Panchayat Authority on a Debottor land. The petitioner's interest in the said property is not disclosed. It is only claimed that the petitioner is one of the local villagers. The petitioner does not even bother to make the sebait or the trust which runs the Debottor property as a party in this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 72 of 2026 is dismissed for lack of locus and non-joinder of parties.
