We have considered the materials on record. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier. There is no substantial change in circumstance since then. Accordingly, subsequent application for anticipatory bail is rejected. 3.

We direct the petitioner to appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within seven days from date. 4.
